Cultivating Land, Leadership & Lasting Change
Rooted in healing. Grown with purpose.
A Southern Illinois boutique farm where herbs, innovation, and community come together to grow something deeper.
A Farm for Healing, Learning & Growth
HEALing SoIL Boutique Farm is more than a place that grows food. It is a restorative landscape grounded in wellness, sustainability, and access to land.
Our work brings together herbal growing, aquaponics, worm farming, pollinator habitat, and community learning — building practical skills while reconnecting people to the land and to one another.
“We are not starting over. We are growing forward.”

Land Rich. Access Poor.
Southern Illinois has farmland, but underserved beginning farmers often struggle to secure land after completing training. Education matters — yet training without a path to acreage leaves growers ready to work and nowhere to plant.
After participating in Southern Illinois Farm Beginnings, founder Dr. Quianya L. Enge-Harris saw that over four years no minority participant secured farmland.
Most programs end with education. HEALing SoIL begins where they end.
